Blueberry Salsa Recipe

We had tremendous response to our Blueberry Salsa samples today at the Sandhills Farmer's Market in Pinehurst.  The combination of sweet blueberries, savory red onion and a little kick from the peppers really makes for a refreshing salsa. 

Bee Day at The Farm

Wednesday was Bee Day at the Farm.  The State Bee Inspector spent several hours doing an inspection of our hives.  We found and marked two queens, showed a newbie how to find eggs, did a sugar roll test
